Today is the best day to raise a few bottles, tilt back and toast... for today is my birthday (can't believe I'm still alive) and I'll be spending the next few hours dipping into one of my favorite whiskey's... Redemption Rye! With notes of rye, caramel and cinnamon, this whiskey is bold and spicy.

Brooklyn Recipe

3/4 oz rosso vermouth
1 oz rye whiskey
2 - 3 dashes maraschino liqueur

How to make:

Stir well in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.

My recommended glass: Let's drink til it hurts!
